Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is:
• New Gear: Can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Used Gear: All used equipment sales are final and non-refundable.
• Regripping/Customization Services: Non-refundable once work has begun.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
